How Much Does a Website Cost in Pakistan in 2026?

Ask three developers what a website costs in Pakistan and you will get three very different answers. One says Rs. 20,000, another says Rs. 200,000, and both may be right. The price depends on what the website has to do, not on how many pages it has.

What you are actually paying for

A website is not one thing. A simple five-page business site, an online store, and a custom web application are three different products with three different prices. The biggest cost drivers are custom design, integrations like payments and bookings, and content that someone has to write and set up.

  • Simple business website (5 to 8 pages): the cheapest option, ideal for most small businesses
  • Online store: more expensive, because products, payments, delivery and stock all need to work together
  • Custom web application: the most expensive, because it is built for your exact workflow
  • Extras that add cost: logo design, professional photos, copywriting, SEO setup and ongoing maintenance

Why the cheapest quote is often the most expensive

A very cheap website usually means a copied template, no SEO setup, slow loading and no one to call when it breaks. Within a year the owner pays again to fix or rebuild it. A fair price from a developer who shows real work, explains what is included and offers support after launch almost always costs less in the end.

How to get a fair price

Before asking for a quote, write down what the website must do: pages you need, whether customers should order or book online, whether you need payments, and examples of sites you like. A developer who asks these questions before quoting is the one you want. Get the scope in writing, ask what happens after launch, and check their previous work before you pay anything.

A website is not an expense to minimise. It is the one employee that works 24 hours a day, answers questions, takes orders and brings in customers while you sleep. Price it like that.
